Sorry for the lame title. I can't think of any other. :|

Basically, today is the start of the month of June which means start of classes is near. But before the start of classes, I have to enroll first and today, I started the 1st step. I applied for Voluntary Shifting Out Status already.

The experience was awful. I arrived at UP at around 8:15 am and went immediately to Melchor Hall (Engineering Building). I asked for the form for the VSO and walked going to Vinsons Hall. When I was on my way there, I stopped for a while and filled up the form first. After which, I went to the Office of Counseling and Guidance. I filled up another form and was referred to a counselor. She asked me to go back to Melchor Hall and request for my True Copy of Grades. I followed her instructions. I filled up the form needed and payed for it. Later on, I heard that it usually takes a week or two to claim the TCG. So I asked a Reg. Assistant about it. She told me to go back to the OCG and ask if I cold just request for a Certification of Grades. Again, I followed the instructions she gave me. When I reached the OCG, I waited for Ma'am Len, my guidance counselor. She asked me what happened and I told her eveything that the other counselor told me. I used up my energy, time and money only to find out that I do not need that freaking TCG. Ugh. I hate the other counselor!

After that, Ma'am Len signed my form and told me to go back to Melchor Hall and ask the College Secretary to sign it. I waited for a couple of minutes before I got in the office of the College Secretary. But it's alright. It was worth the wait. He signed my form already so I'm officially under VSO Status. He gave me 1 Academic Year to shift out from Computer Engineering. I just hope that I'll be accepted there. >.<

By the way, TOMORROW'S THE BIG DAY! I shall enroll tomorrow. But the thing is, I can't print my Form 5A because I don't have A4 bond paper plus I still have to prerog for my PE Class. >.<
